Our simple marriage service is the legal marriage only, for $700 including GST. It is the same service as our paperwork-only marriage.
It is designed for couples who want a short, sweet legal ceremony without booking a full ceremony, styling a venue, or creating a wedding production around the day. The marriage ceremony itself is usually around five minutes.

What Happens
The usual process is:
- book and pay
- prepare your NOIM
- have the NOIM witnessed by an authorised witness
- send us the paperwork
- once the paperwork is received, we confirm a date, time, and place based on availability
- we meet, do the short legal ceremony, and register it

Important Legal Points
- The NOIM must be given at least one month before the marriage and no more than 18 months before it.
- Both people must be physically present for the marriage itself.
- The celebrant, both parties, and two adult witnesses must all be there in person.
- If documents are not in English, an official translation is needed.
